Where is my activation EVENT REMINDER code?
If you have paid for your product via our online order form, you will receive a registration message within some hours.
The most common reason is a typing error in your e-mail address.
If you use "aggressive" spam filters and/or a challenge-response system,
these may interfere with our ability to contact you. We recommend you add dualitysoft.com to your "whitelist" or EVENT REMINDER allowed-senders list, as applicable.

Is Pro compatible with Microsoft® Windows® XP?
Pro can be used with any version of Microsoft® Windows® operating system. Windows 95 / Windows 95 OSR2 / Windows 98 / Windows 98 SE / Windows ME / Windows NT Workstation EVENT REMINDER 4.0 / Windows 2000 Professional / Windows XP Home / Windows XP Professional / Windows 2003 Server. Top
What is your upgrade policy?
We provide free upgrades to the updated version of Pro which we may release within 12 months from the date of your purchase. For example, if you have purchased your license in January 2008, you EVENT REMINDER may use that activation code for all updated versions of Pro which we may release during the next 12 months, up to January 2009 (both minor and major upgrades are covered by this offer). In other words, within one year after the purchase you get all upgrades to the product free of any charges.
After the first 12 EVENT REMINDER months, if you would like to upgrade to a newer version, you will be able to do so after purchasing a discounted upgrade license (and you will get another year of free upgrades with the purchase). Of course, you are in no way obligated to upgrade to the new versions: you may continue using the version that you EVENT REMINDER have purchased for as long as you like, if it works for you well enough, without paying any additional upgrade fees. What is the difference between the Evaluation and Registered versions?
There is NO functional difference between the evaluation and registered (licensed) versions of Pro: all features of the licensed version are available and can be used EVENT REMINDER in the evaluation version.
The only difference between the licensed and evaluation versions is the "registration reminders", displayed by the evaluation version.
To suppress the registration reminder screens, you must enter into the evaluation version your activation code. We provide you with your activation code after you have purchased a license for continued use. Top

What do I get after I have registered Pro?

I am a registered user. How do I upgrade?
Simply visit our Download Center, EVENT REMINDER download a new version, and then install it. If overwriting a current installation, you will not be prompted to enter authorization information unless this has changed since the last registered version.
My activation code does not work. What can I do?
Please check software version which you have ordered.
Do not type the activation code manually. Use clipboard to copy and paste your activation code.
